Christus Health in Longview, TX, is seeking a Per Diem Anesthesia Technician to support the OR team with equipment maintenance, stocking, and patient transport.

This role assists anesthesiologists as directed and ensures clean, ready anesthesia machines and supplies while collaborating with Materials Management to maintain stock levels.

PRN schedule supports hospital operations across shifts, requiring a flexible, reliable individual who meets OneCHRISTUS competencies.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• BLS required.
• Certified Anesthesia Technician preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
• Responsible for cleaning and routine maintenance of anesthesia machines and equipment in the OR area.
• Works closely with Materials Management staff to order and maintain stock levels of supplies and agents for anesthesia.
• Cleans equipment prior to and after surgical procedures.
• Assists anesthesiologists as directed.

Job Requirements:

Education/Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience

• 1 year of experience preferred

Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications

• BLS required
• Certified Anesthesia Technician preferred
