Schedule is 9:30am-6:00pm Monday-Friday with no weekends required.
We are looking for someone to turn operating rooms over, clean anesthesiology equipment, and replace supplies.
Coordinates and provides anesthesia supplies, medications and equipment effectively, before and during medical procedures. Provides a safe, efficient environment for the surgical patient. Demonstrates accordance with ethical and legal responsibilities. Available to respond in an emergency and within their scope, with careful and thoughtful responses to a wide variety of requests in a stressed and rushed situation by providing anesthesia supplies and equipment as needed. Assists in the preparation of equipment as well as may assist with medications when applicable. Assists with orders, stocking inventory, tests and maintaining anesthesia equipment. Will be responsible to clean and disinfect reusable equipment as well as be expected to report malfunctioning equipment to appropriate personnel. May also be delegated to remove all special and reusable material after cases and responsible for the turnaround of the room in accordance with infection control policies and procedures. Maintain clean working environment, surgical rooms, and assist in clerical duties as needed within the unit, including incoming phone calls.
