Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of sterile techniques, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with patients, families, and staff.
• Knowledge of healthcare concepts and procedures.
• Knowledge of aseptic/sterile technique and sterility of supplies.
• Read, write and speak conversational English.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and troubleshoots anesthesia equipment and supplies.
• Prepares ORs, Cath labs, and IR labs for cases and assists with patient care.
• Assists anesthesia providers with patient assessment, monitoring, and airway management.
