Job summary

Innovetive Petcare's Animal Emergency & Specialty Center in Knoxville, TN is seeking an Anesthesia & Surgery Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to join our specialty team. You will work with our on-staff Board-Certified Anesthesiologist, providing advanced anesthesia monitoring and surgical support for orthopedic, soft tissue, trauma, and specialty procedures.

This full-time, in-person role offers four 10-hour shifts (Mon–Thu), on-call rotation with compensation, and opportunities for VTS

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee veterinary technician license or certification.
• 2–3 years' experience with anesthesia and emergency/spec procedures.
• Rotating on-call schedule availability.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor anesthesia during surgeries.
• Assist with orthopedic, soft-tissue, and specialty surgeries.
• Maintain anesthesia records and patient monitoring.
• Collaborate with Board-Certified Anesthesiologist.
• Provide perioperative nursing care and emergency stabilization.
