Qualifications

• High School GED and EMT experience, or paramedic experience, or military medic upon hire.
• Completion of fundamentals as a nursing student and 12 months of acute care experience upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – CPR upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers and medical staff in anesthesia administration and patient care.
• Prepare, set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot monitoring lines.
• Ensure sterile placement of invasive monitoring equipment.
• Respond to patient-specific needs during surgical procedures.
• Operate surgical equipment under licensed provider direction.
