Job summary

OrthoMed Anesthesia in Addison, Texas is seeking an experienced Anesthesia Billing & Coding Team Lead to guide a focused billing and coding team, optimize accuracy, and maintain compliance across federal, commercial, and workers’ compensation claims.

You will oversee CPT/ASA/ICD-10 coding, drive clean claim rates, mentor staff, and implement process improvements, while collaborating with providers and the management team to support our growing practice.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on anesthesia billing and coding experience.
• Proven leadership or supervisory background.
• Expert knowledge of anesthesia coding rules and concurrency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of billing and coding professionals.
• Oversee anesthesia case management and ensure accurate CPT/ASA/ICD-10 coding.
• Ensure compliance with insurance verification, concurrency checking, and payer requirements.
