Job summary

Virtua Health is seeking a part-time Per Diem Anesthesia Tech for Lourdes Health System location. You will maintain anesthesia equipment and supplies to support safe anesthesia administration.

You will assist the Anesthesiologist with care of Epidural patients and coordinate with vendors to schedule inservices and introduce new products for the department. HS Diploma required; BLS certification; prior hospital equipment experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience and knowledge of hospital equipment, practices, aseptic technique and infection control standards preferred.
• HS Diploma.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintains anesthesia supplies and equipment in surgical areas, and demonstrates knowledge of this equipment and instrumentation.
• Assists Anesthesiologist with care of Epidural patients.
• Meets with Vendors and Schedules Inservices for new products to meet the needs of the Anesthesia Department and our Patients.

Hourly Rate: $20.69 - $30.95The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant's experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
