The Andrology Fellowship at the University of Virginia offers comprehensive training in sexual medicine and male infertility. Fellows learn microsurgical techniques in clinical settings with additional labs and mentorship, while continuing General Urology practice to mature surgical skills.

Qualifications

• Completion of USMLE Steps I–III prior to applying.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology residency.
• Unrestricted Virginia medical license prior to starting the program.
• United States citizenship or permanent residency required.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical and surgical training in Andrology (sexual medicine and male infertility).
• Maintain general Urology duties during the Fellowship to mature surgical skills.
• Participate in clinic and operative teaching for residents; bench research available.
• Protected research time to explore clinical questions; opportunities for mentorship.
