Job summary

Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC is seeking experienced Android Mobile Application Developers to design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance Android apps. You will work with native code using the Android NDK and integrate C/C++ libraries within Android applications.

Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing performance and security, and ensuring quality standards across the full development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Required: TS/SCI with Poly clearance; 3+ years with C and Python; strong Android NDK experience; mobile app architecture knowledge; experience across full software lifecycle.
• Desired: 3+ years with C++ or Java; optimization of native code for performance/memory; familiarity with Android SDK/build tools.

Nightwing is seeking experienced Android Mobile Application Developers to support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of high-performance Android applications. The ideal candidates will bring strong low-level programming expertise, hands-on experience with the Android NDK, and a proven ability to work across the full development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and debug Android mobile applications
• Work extensively with native code using the Android NDK
• Develop and integrate C/C++ libraries within Android applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and solutions

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and native development
• Experience working through the full software development lifecycle

Desired Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience developing, testing, and debugging applications using C++ or Java
• Experience optimizing native code for performance and memory usage on Android devices
• Familiarity with Android SDK, build systems, and debugging tools

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a contract-based environment

Salary & Benefits

The salary associated with this position ($122,000-$253,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards. Nightwing offers medical, vision and dental insurance coverage in addition to a 401k plan, PTO, Holidays, and additional insurances.
