The ideal candidates will bring strong low-level programming expertise, hands-on experience with the Android NDK, and a proven ability to work across the full development lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and debug Android mobile applicationsWork extensively with native code using the Android NDKDevelop and integrate C/C++ libraries within Android applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and solutionsTroubleshoot performance, stability, and compatibility issuesEnsure applications meet quality, security, and performance standardsRequired QualificationsCurrent TS/SCI with Poly ClearanceMinimum three (3) years of experience developing, testing, and debugging applications using C and PythonDemonstrated in-depth experience with the Android NDKStrong understanding of mobile application architecture and native developmentExperience working through the full software development lifecycleDesired QualificationsMinimum three (3) years of experience developing, testing, and debugging applications using C++ or JavaExperience optimizing native code for performance and memory usage on Android devicesFamiliarity with Android SDK, build systems, and debugging toolsAdditional Skills (Preferred)Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently in a contract-based environmentPlease Note: This position is contingent upon award.Salary & BenefitsThe salary associated with this position ($122,000-$253,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise.
