• Tune RabbitMQ caching to handle the Pittsburgh launch spike on the same hardware
• Move Civic Engagement Corp's Leadership stack out of the PA region before the migration deadline
• Question the Flask pattern and propose a cleaner approach
• Identify and resolve latency spikes
• Troubleshoot production incidents across Flexibility-based applications
• Wire up Jenkins feature flags for testing on Pittsburgh traffic
