Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking an experienced Android Developer for Plano, TX and Columbus, OH. Local candidates only, W2. You will design, develop, and maintain Android apps for phones and tablets, collaborating with product teams on new ideas and features.

The role requires 8+ years in mobile development, expertise in MVI/MVVM, Kotlin, and Jetpack Compose, and a focus on app quality, performance, and timely releases.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in mobile app development.
• Proficient in Android architecture patterns and modern Android tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, Develop & Prototype Android mobile applications for phone and tablets for internal and external use
• Participate in full app life-cycle: develop automation scripts, test and release to app store Work with product teams on new product ideas, designs, prototypes and estimate.
• Keep up to date on current and upcoming features in relevant products and platforms.
• Drive the best practices approach to the continuous improvement of our products, processes, and tools. Write and maintain documentation for all features in development.
• Collaborating with the design team to define app features.
• Ensuring quality and performance of the application to specifications.
• Identifying potential problems and resolving application bottlenecks.
• Fixing application bugs before the final release.
• Publishing application on App Store.
• Maintaining the code and atomization of the application.
