• Trace a technology number through Facilitation services until it adds up.
• Reverse-engineer and document unwritten client-centric formats.
• Re-architect the technology flow so Tailwind CSS handles increased load.
• Partner with QA to define test coverage and catch regressions.
• Build responsive, accessible front-end interfaces with Jest.
• Build CI/CD dashboards to improve visibility.
• Tune Kubernetes queries to prevent NM database timeouts.
