• Coordinate releases with stakeholders across Santa Clara, CA and remote teams.
• Partner with QA to define test coverage and catch regressions early.
• Document the Redis system so the next junior engineer onboards in days, not weeks.
• Ship Go fixes to Illinois Tool Works customers in Santa Clara, CA the same day they report them.
• Build responsive, accessible front-end interfaces with Continuous Learning.
