Job summary

TechDigital Group in New Jersey is seeking an Android developer to design, build, and maintain mobile apps using Kotlin and Java. You will work with Android SDK/Studio and modern architectures like MVVM or MVP to deliver robust user experiences.

You will integrate REST APIs and third-party SDKs, apply Jetpack components, and focus on responsive UI, UX, and performance. Collaboration with QA and product teams, plus Git version control, will be key to our agile process.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Kotlin and Java for Android development (shortlist).
• Experience building Android apps with Android SDK/Studio and modern architectures (MVVM/MVP).
• Familiar with REST APIs and third-party SDK integrations.
• Knowledge of Jetpack components: ViewModel, LiveData/Flow, Room, Navigation.
• Strong focus on UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Ability to test, debug, and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Experience with Git version control.
