Qualifications

• 4+ years of Android development experience.
• Strong Kotlin skills with Java as a plus.
• Experience with Android Jetpack components (ViewModel, LiveData, Navigation, Room, WorkManager).
• REST APIs and JSON parsing experience; UI layouts with XML.
• Familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD practices; ability to write clean, testable code.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Android apps using Kotlin (Java where needed).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with UX/UI, backend, QA, and product teams.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and feature planning.
• Implement responsive UI based on design mockups; integrate REST APIs and SDKs.
• Support app deployment and maintenance (Play Store).
• Maintain documentation and adhere to SDLC standards.
• Stay updated on Android trends and best practices.
