Job Summary

Wild Wing Cafe is looking for skilled Bartenders to join our team. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to customers in a courteous and efficient manner, maintaining a clean work area, and ensuring that all patrons have an enjoyable experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bartender
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an attention to detail and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take drink orders
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes
• Assess customer preferences and make recommendations
• Check customers' identification to ensure they meet legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness in the bar area and adhere to health and safety regulations
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register

Additional Requirements

• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS) is a plus
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must have SC Server Training acquired
