Job summary

Officeworks Inc. is seeking an Ancillary Specialist to define and source ancillary product specifications for large-scale projects. You will qualify vendors, develop pricing strategies, and curate product assortments to meet client aesthetics and budgets.

You will coordinate with sales, architects, and designers, presenting options and materials while meeting tight deadlines. The role requires collaboration, clear written and verbal communication, and basic MS Excel/Google Suite proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in related design or ancillary role.
• Proficient in CET, CAP 2020 Worksheet, Trueview, Mural.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Google Suites.
• Must work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and select vendors for pricing strategies and product assortments.
• Collaborate with sales to review scope and provide creative direction (ideas, images, sheets).
• Present ancillary options to clients, architects, and designers.
• Prepare client-facing materials that support product, fabric, and finish options.
• Understand product lead times and their impact on timelines.
