Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year experience with children or individuals with behavioral, social and academic needs, preferably in education.
• HQP options include: Associate degree; 48 college credits; approved paraprofessional assessment.
• Transcripts and licenses must be uploaded for licensed positions; official transcripts may be required.
• Associates degree preferred; CPI or crisis intervention training and ABA experience are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Assist in instruction, supervision, and education of students in groups or 1:1.
• Support students in line with Individual Education Plans and school programs.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and related service personnel.
• Demonstrate patience, empathy, and professionalism as part of a positive school team.
