Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Anaplan Manager to lead the design and delivery of enterprise planning solutions for complex client environments. This role combines client advisory, solution design, and team leadership across planning, forecasting, and performance management initiatives.

The successful candidate brings hands-on Anaplan experience, experience leading project teams, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable models that support business decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 6+ years of experience implementing Anaplan solutions.
• 4+ years applying SDLC processes and translating requirements into models, dashboards, and deployments.
• 4+ years leading project workstreams or teams.
• Experience with Anaplan model building, testing, deployment, and support.
• Ability to travel 25-50%.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Preferred: Anaplan certifications and ERP/HR/CRM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build, and deployment of Anaplan models for planning, budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and scenario analysis.
• Facilitate client sessions to define requirements, model structure, data needs, and priorities.
• Manage project workstreams, delivery timelines, and quality reviews across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee testing, deployment, integration, and post-production support for Anaplan implementations.
• Coach junior practitioners, review standards, and expand solution adoption.
