GTX Solutions, a CourtAvenue Company, is a boutique consulting firm focused on helping brands unlock the power of customer data and activate it across CDPs, Marketing Cloud, and Data 360. The Implementation Engineer will design measurement plans and ensure accurate data collection on client websites and apps.

The role requires hands-on tagging, debugging, server-side collection, and collaboration with marketing, analytics and engineering teams across multiple client engagements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on analytics implementation and data collection.
• Strong JavaScript skills for tracking code and data layer logic.
• Practical experience with Tealium iQ, GTM, Adobe Launch.
• Experience with GA4 or Adobe Analytics and data validation.
• CDP knowledge and experience with Tealium, Segment, AEP or Salesforce Data 360.
• Server-side or event-stream collection and consent enforcement.
• SQL and REST APIs with JSON payloads; able to use Postman.
• Clear communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design measurement plans, event specs and data layers.
• Implement and maintain tags, data extensions and load rules.
• Configure GA4 and Adobe Analytics; ensure reporting accuracy.
• Server-side collection using Tealium EventStream or GTM.
• Validate data flows into enterprise CDPs and audiences.
• Integrate consent management with tagging and data flows.
• Debug events using dev tools, network inspection and proxies.
• Build REST API and webhook integrations; use SQL to reconcile data.
• Collaborate with client teams to clarify requirements and issues.
• Document configurations, mappings and QA results; reuse patterns.
