Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, information systems, engineering, mathematics, statistics, economics, business analytics, finance, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, financial analytics, finance, or management consulting.
• 5 years of experience in SQL (multi-table joins, window functions, CTEs) and communicating technical insights to business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build and productionalize models decomposing business growth drivers for music label partners to identify headwinds and advise on forward-looking estimates.
• Design and implement diagnostic frameworks and automated alerting to identify partner performance trends, anomalies, and variances.
• Develop investigative frameworks and scenario models to evaluate partner economics, commercial structures, and product-level monetization impact for negotiations.
• Architect, optimize, and govern standardized data models and complex SQL queries across massive datasets to establish single-source-of-truth partner metrics.
• Synthesize data findings into actionable narratives and advocate data literacy and self-service AI tool adoption for GTM leadership.
