Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the OneTru Analytics Platform to drive analytics workflows and adoption across data scientists, analysts, and governance teams. This hybrid role balances virtual responsibilities with in-person collaboration at a TU office location.

You will translate complex customer needs into actionable requirements, work with cross-functional teams, and shape the platform roadmap while ensuring secure, governed data access and privacy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Product Owner experience.
• Strong understanding of analytics workflows including data exploration, modeling, experimentation, reporting, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Experience partnering with data scientists, analysts, engineers, architects, and platform teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Proven ability to conduct customer discovery, user interviews, workflow analysis, usability validation, and requirements gathering.
• Experience working in Agile environments with backlog prioritization, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of user-centered product development methodologies and translating customer needs into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the voice of analytics users by engaging with data scientists, analysts, and governance teams to understand needs and workflow challenges.
• Drive end-to-end discovery and optimization of analytics workflows, improving usability, efficiency, and reliability.
• Translate customer feedback and objectives into well-defined product requirements, user stories, and backlog items.
• Partner with UX researchers, platform engineers, architects, and product managers to design scalable analytics experiences.
• Validate platform capabilities through user interviews, prototype reviews, MVP testing, and pilot programs.
• Manage and influence roadmap priorities based on feedback, adoption data, and business value.
• Establish feedback mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement and platform evolution.
• Monitor adoption metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Champion secure and governed access to data, models, tools, and compute resources while maintaining privacy.
• Foster collaboration across Product, Engineering, UX, Architecture, Governance, and Business stakeholders to deliver customer outcomes.
