Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or data platform roles, including 2+ years of managing engineers directly.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Analytics Engineering team; set expectations, plan, and hire as needed.
• Oversee delivery: review designs, track dates, and surface risks early.
• Propose faster delivery through tooling, automation, and standards; drive adoption.
