Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Manager of Data Analytics to build and scale analytics that measure performance, identify levers, and enable faster, higher-quality decisions across the US eCommerce Marketplace.

You will partner with Product, Business, Finance, and Technology to define KPIs, standardize metrics, improve data quality, and deliver insights that drive seller growth, customer experience, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related field with 2 years' statistical experience OR 4 years' statistical analysis experience.
• MBA or related field preferred; project management, compliance, operations mgmt.
• Project Management Certification

Responsibilities

• Define KPIs, optimize strategies, and size growth opportunities.
• Build dashboards, AI agents, and pipelines with strong data governance.
• Execute A/B tests, predictive models, and analyses to forecast trends and assess impact.
• Communicate actionable insights to cross-functional partners and senior leadership during reviews.
