Job summary

Children's Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking an Analytics Knowledge Lead to architect the enterprise analytics context layer, including data catalog, taxonomies, and semantic structures for AI-enabled data access.

You will collaborate with data engineers, analytics developers, and IT security to ensure machine-readable metadata and governed access across Fabric lakehouses, Power BI, and Epic SlicerDicer.

Qualifications

• Experienced in metadata, data catalogs, and semantic modeling.
• Knowledge of ontologies, taxonomies, and knowledge graphs.
• Experience with RBAC/RLS and cloud data platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured data definitions.
• Healthcare or regulated industry exposure and HIPAA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the analytics context framework and data catalog.
• Lead knowledge graph and ontology frameworks for AI-driven discovery.
• Define context standards for RAG and AI grounding techniques.
• Administer data catalog platforms (e.g., Microsoft Purview).
• Document data lineage and metadata for human and AI use.
• Collaborate with analytics developers and data engineers across teams.
