Job summary

Cisco is inviting ambitious students to join its Global Procurement Services internship, a program designed to develop the next generation of leaders in business analytics. As a Business Analyst intern, you’ll transform complex data into strategic insights and gain exposure to strategic sourcing, risk reporting, and supplier performance.

You’ll work with mentors on real projects, using AI, Excel, and Power BI to turn data into actionable recommendations, and you’ll learn how Cisco manages spend,

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program (Associate's or Bachelor's) or an educational/workforce program (e.g., Apprenticeship, Boot camp, or Certification)
• Procurement Foundation: demonstrated experience or coursework in business, procurement, or supply chain roles
• Qualifying education and work experience should be in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related program
• Expected to continue enrollment following completion of the internship
• Adapts quickly, leads across teams and projects, communicates complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Partner with Strategic Sourcing Managers: Analyze spend information, manage risk, and/or track supplier performance
• Drive automation: Transform manual, legacy processes into streamlined digital workflows to increase productivity
• Report on risk and sustainability: Support sustainability and risk reporting across our supplier ecosystem
• Track performance: Use data analytics to track the performance and ROI of our most critical partnerships
