Job summary

Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati (HQ) is seeking an analytics-driven candidate who will mine data, derive actionable insights, and translate complex results into simple conclusions that drive business actions across brands, finance, and sales. You will join cross-functional teams with strong communication to influence outcomes.

Graduating Winter 2026 or Spring 2027, with a BS/MS in MIS/CS/Engineering or related fields; MBA with technical background also considered.

Qualifications

Graduating Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.
BS or MS in MIS, Computer Science, Industrial or Computer/Systems Engineering, Information Security, Applied Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Analytics (or MBA with technical undergrad).
Proven use of technology to add business value.
Adept at using analytics technologies and tools for solving ad hoc business problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence others.
Strong thinking and problem-solving skills applied to business processes.
Ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Mine multiple data sources to derive actionable insights.
Translate complex results into simple conclusions to empower business decisions.
Collaborate with Brand Management, Finance, Sales and others.
Deliver real-time insights to influence key decisions.
