Reddit is seeking an Analytics Engineer to join our Data Science organization to curate, develop, and deploy data tooling that powers product decisions. You will collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to implement robust data pipelines, quality checks, and data integrations, enabling scalable analytics across teams.

This role blends data engineering and data science with a strong focus on reliability and automation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a quant educational field.
• 3+ years of experience building large-scale ETL systems in a production environment.
• Strong programming in Python, SQL, Spark, Scala, etc.
• Experience with data modeling and ETL/ELT concepts for governance.
• Experience with data workflows (Airflow) and dashboards.
• Experience in data analysis and dashboard design.
• Deep understanding of relational and MPP databases.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Agentic AI-assisted development experience.
• Self-starter and collaborative.

Responsabilidades

• Be a key contributor to data quality, performance, reliability, and automation initiatives.
• Manage a portfolio of data products delivering high-quality data.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for ingestion, processing, and transformation.
• Develop data quality checks, QA, and monitoring routines.
• Create and manage data integrations across systems.
• Build tools and applications to streamline data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to shape data foundations roadmap.
