Job summary

First National Bank of Pennsylvania is seeking a Data and Analytics Engineer 2 to deliver cross-functional data centric solutions. The role collaborates with BI analysts to collect, analyze and share data to improve metrics and customer experience.

You will develop databases, queries, views and dashboards, and support data migrations and integration while adhering to risk and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proficient in banking and financial analytical data modeling with hands-on experience designing and building relational models.
• Story Proficiency in programming using Microsoft development integration services stack, Python, Tibco, .NET/Java, data visualization and BI tools including Power BI, SSRS, or Cognos Analytics.
• In-depth experience with secure coding, CI/CD pipelines and automated testing using Azure DevOps and Python.
• Masters degree in Computer Science and/or engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Economics or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs with Business Information and Data Analysts; develop and test analytical solutions.
• Develop and test databases, queries, views, reports and dashboards for decision support.
• Assist in data conversions, imports and exports within internal and external systems.
• Design and build reporting and analysis tools to streamline reporting, planning and forecasting.
• Troubleshoot analytics tools, systems, and software; track performance and production issues.
• Support integration of analytical platforms with enterprise systems; maintain data quality and metadata.
