Netflix is seeking an Analytics Engineer to partner with content verticals and drive progress with analytics, data science, metrics, and models. You will translate complex outputs into actionable insights and work with cross-functional teams to improve content performance and strategy.

You will collaborate with data and insights colleagues to build robust, scalable solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of analytics experience translating business needs into data-driven insights.
• Fluent in Python and SQL with big data (e.g., Spark, Trino) and experience building data pipelines.
• Proficient with visualization/BI tools and communicating complex data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Create analyses, metrics, dashboards, reports, and tools to reveal insights into content performance.
