Epiroc Drilling Solutions, LLC in Garland, TX is seeking an Analytics Engineer to join our Global Data Analytics team. You will translate business requirements into scalable data models and deliver modern analytics through Fabric, Databricks, and Power BI, enabling smarter decision making across the business.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, platform teams, and AI initiatives in a collaborative, engineering-focused environment, delivering KPI-driven insights and scalable analytics

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SQL, including complex queries, performance tuning, and data optimization.
• Proven experience with Python and Databricks for data engineering, transformation, and pipeline development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI for building scalable analytics solutions and dashboards.
• Solid understanding of data modeling techniques to translate business requirements into structured datasets.
• Experience defining, tracking, and analyzing KPIs to support data-driven decision making.
• Ability to work effectively in agile, cross-functional environments, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

You will work at the intersection of business and technology, partnering closely with stakeholders, platform teams, and AI initiatives. The environment is collaborative, engineeringfocused, and outcomedriven, with strong standards, modern tooling, and clear ownership.

Working closely with business stakeholders, users, and development teams in an iterative and communicative fashion, you will identify business requirements and transform them into usercentric, scalable analytics solutions.

You act as an ambassador for Business Intelligence and Data Analytics practices and standards across the organization, ensuring consistency, quality, and longterm sustainability. Using technical expertise, creativity, and experience, you design and deliver innovative analytics solutions that enable smarter decisionmaking and drive strategic business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
