Job summary

You will translate client questions into analytical frameworks, oversee governance and best practices, and lead initiatives using AI, automation, and advanced analytics to elevate decision making.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years in analytics with leadership experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience building and scaling analytics functions aligned to business strategy.
  • Advanced SQL and data architecture influence.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for statistics and automation.

Responsibilities

Who You Will Be Working With


The Analytics team sits at the heart of turning data into strategic insights that fuel smarter marketing, media, and business decisions. You will collaborate with media strategists, data engineers, creative teams, and business leaders, using analytics to evaluate marketing effectiveness, refine campaign strategies, & drive business impact. Beyond reporting, you’ll test emerging analytics methodologies, explore AI‑driven solutions, and shape how brands define success in an evolving digital landscape.



What You Will Be Doing


  • Lead the analytics team across multiple customer groups, industry verticals and regions

  • Define the capability roadmap and organization structure for scale

  • Translate client objectives and business questions into analytic frameworks and drive roadmap alignment

  • Guide senior client relationships and analytics transformation projects, showcasing PMG value and driving growth

  • Align department goals to company strategy and vision

  • Manage Director‑level leaders and ensure succession planning

  • Lead performance planning, calibration, and promotions

  • Identify and implement process, tooling, or training improvements

  • Represent analytics in senior executive forums, both internally at PMG and externally on the broader market

  • Shape thought leadership, IP, and external reputation

  • Use AI, automation, and technology to elevate the quality and efficiency of work, streamline processes, and enable faster, more informed decision‑making



What You Will Bring


  • 12+ years of experience in analytics, including 5+ years of leadership experience, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Expertise in building and scaling analytics functions that align with business strategy, deliver measurable impact, and drive data‑informed decision‑making.

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience guiding data architecture and modeling decisions that support performance, scalability, and reliability.

  • Proficiency in Python or R to support statistical analysis, experimentation, and data automation across teams and platforms.

  • Deep experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to lead strategic reporting and executive‑level storytelling.

  • Proven success in leading cross‑functional partnerships, aligning on KPI frameworks, and embedding analytics into product, marketing, and operational workflows.

  • A strong record of mentoring analytics leaders, shaping team culture, and implementing governance and process improvements across complex organizations.

  • A commitment to curiosity and adaptability as a continual learner, staying at the forefront of media innovation while prioritizing client success with a customer‑focused mindset that seeks opportunities to deliver meaningful value.
