Experience with BigQuery, Looker, Python, Agile methodologies, and cloud platforms like GCP is required.

Requirements

Develop, maintain, and optimize analytical dashboards and reporting solutions in Looker and BigQuery.

Perform detailed RAF calculations and create supporting documentation and models.

Build accrual reporting processes to forecast revenue and risk adjustments.

Support chart chase analytics to optimize retrieval operations and improve coding accuracy.

Develop channel target analytics to prioritize outreach and maximize program effectiveness.

Translate healthcare business needs into scalable and insightful analytical solutions.

Collaborate in Agile teams using Jira for project management and Confluence for documentation.

Ensure data alignment with CMS regulations and Medicare Advantage guidelines.
