Job summary

Credit Agricole CIB Americas is seeking an Analyst for the COO Office of the Global Financing Division. The role focuses on structuring and automating reporting, building dashboards, and enabling AI tool adoption across GFD teams in the Americas.

The successful candidate will have a Master’s degree and strong data analytics skills, including Power BI, Excel, Python, and SQL-like tools. Fluency in French and English is required; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to structure data and transform business needs into usable dashboards or tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of generative AI tools and prompt engineering practices would be a strong plus to help support teams in the adoption and effective use of these new tools.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency at a high level.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Access, VBA, Python or similar tools would be a plus.
• Fluent French and English; Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Structure, automate and improve reporting processes and dashboards for GFD activities.
• Onboard front office and GFD teams in the practical use of generative AI tools.
• Organize awareness sessions and hands-on workshops on AI usage.
• Build and maintain a catalogue of prompts and use cases for AI tools.
• Provide day-to-day support when needed for AI adoption in workflows.
• Help teams identify concrete opportunities to embed AI tools into their workflows.
