Job summary

CFS in Orlando is seeking a Manager of Analytics & AI Automation to build a new analytics capability and connect technical innovation with accounting, audit, and operational processes.

You will identify opportunities to improve processes through analytics, AI, and automation; translate needs into practical solutions; analyze data for risks and trends; develop dashboards and automated workflows; and collaborate with business and technology teams to scale solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in analytics, AI, automation, business intelligence, or data science.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of accounting, audit, risk, controls, or business processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate accounting, audit, and operational needs into practical technical solutions.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify risks, trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
