Job summary

Merck seeks a senior scientist for the Global Quality Large Molecule Analytical Sciences team in a hybrid US role. The candidate will oversee late-stage method development, validation, and global method transfers for ADCs, vaccines, and biologics.

Required are a strong background in cGMP labs, analytical method transfer, and cross-functional collaboration; a PhD/masters with relevant experience is preferred. Travel ~10% and a weekend-friendly schedule may apply.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ICH, USP and other compendial chapters for method transfer and validation.
• Two+ years in a cGMP laboratory for large molecules (vaccines, biologics).
• Experience with developing, validating and transferring analytical methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analytical transfers for ADCs, mAbs and vaccines.
• Oversee method transfers/validations across programs with risk assessments.
• Collaborate across global networks to support regulatory filings and launches.
