Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in analytical chemistry, quality, or manufacturing support.
• Experience with method development, validation, transfer, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting customer complaints or quality investigations.
• Knowledge of quality systems, investigations, root cause analysis, and CI.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical leadership for FMC's toll manufacturing network.
• Lead investigations and troubleshooting of quality and manufacturing issues.
• Ensure implementation and maintenance of analytical methods at external partners.
• Assess capabilities, identify gaps, and drive improvement across the tolling network.
• Collaborate with Quality, Product Development, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.
• Support audits, tech transfers, qualifications, and continuous improvement.
