Synectics Inc. is seeking a laboratory professional to generate and analyze precise data under supervision in an analytical chemistry setting. The candidate will maintain instruments, follow approved protocols, and report variances in a timely manner.

The role emphasizes cGMP awareness, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and adherence to corporate safety standards while learning new techniques and improving laboratory operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education is required.
• Knowledge of HPLC, KF and wet chemistry to perform duties.
• Understanding of cGMP and current regulatory requirements.
• Strong written and oral communication with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Generate and analyze precise, reliable, and reproducible data under the direction of a senior scientific leader.
• Demonstrate experimental precision and understanding of analytical chemistry.
• Completely follow established experimental protocols and assess results with supervision.
• Recognize and report experimental variances.
• Learn and implement new experimental protocols and/or techniques.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and optimize operations for efficient use of time, supplies, and reagents.
• Understand and adhere to corporate standards regarding code of conduct, safety, handling of compounds and GxP compliance.
