Minaris Regenerative Medicine Co., Ltd. is seeking a hands-on laboratory professional to perform basic to high complexity biosafety and analytical assays in a cGMP environment. You will prepare reagents, maintain equipment logs, and ensure accurate documentation while mentoring junior analysts.

The role emphasizes data analysis, adherence to SOPs, quality records, and collaboration with Scientists and Laboratory Managers to support ongoing cell and gene therapy programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biological Sciences with relevant experience.
• 6+ years (Bachelor) or 4+ years (Master) of laboratory experience.
• Knowledge of GMP/cGMP, GLP guidelines preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct basic to high complexity assays and lab procedures as outlined in testing records and regulatory guidelines.
• Accurately complete testing records and other required documentation following Good Documentation Practices
• Performs assays using appropriate laboratory techniques and data analysis
• Mentors analysts and participates in training of new employees
• Prepare reagents and stock labs with supplies and maintain equipment logs
• Assist in R&D studies under supervision and contribute to reports and quality events
