At Haleon, we're passionate about developing and improving consumer healthcare products that help millions of people feel better every day. Within R &D Analytical Sciences, you'll play a critical role in supporting the development, testing, and lifecycle management of OTC medicines, wellness products, cosmetics, and medical devices. The team provides analytical expertise that helps ensure product quality, stability, and performance across our portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on analytical chemistry experience who enjoys solving technical problems, interpreting complex data, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams. You'll work primarily within separation science, using analytical techniques to support method validation, method transfer, stability testing, and product development activities while helping deliver innovation across our consumer healthcare portfolio.
This role is located in Richmond, VA and requires approximately 4-5 days per week onsite due to the laboratory-based nature of the work.
The Salary Range for This Role Is: $87,654.70 - $120,523.70 plus an 8% on-target bonus.
