Job summary

The Analytical Project Coordinator at Rentschler Biopharma SE Milford site serves as the primary QC contact for the analytical methods portfolio, coordinating client projects and inter-lab activities to ensure timely delivery and release of medicines.

You will collaborate with development, production, and QC teams, prepare for client meetings, manage change controls, and support audits, ensuring compliance with ICH USP guidelines and GMP expectations.

Qualifications

• Masters in biochemistry/biotechnology or equivalent with 5+ years in analytical process sciences.
• Or Bachelor with 7+ years in analytical process sciences.
• Strong experience with GMP-compliant analytics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Primary QC contact for the complete analytical methods portfolio and liaison with project teams, customers, and labs.
• Coordinate analytical support and timelines between development, production, and QC.
• Prepare for client-facing meetings by reviewing data and generating presentations.
• Initiate and own change controls for SOPs, specifications, and analytical scopes.
• Ensure readiness for audits and inspections with internal and external authorities.
