Job summary

MBC Talent Connections is seeking a hands-on Development Scientist to lead analytical method development and validation in a GMP-regulated lab in Gulfport, MS. You will own validation projects from protocol design through final report and collaborate with QC and Quality teams.

The role emphasizes practical lab work over theory, with a focus on delivering robust methods and documentation that meet regulatory standards. Onsite role with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on analytical lab experience in GMP-regulated settings preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in method development and validation.
• Experience writing or contributing to validation protocols and reports.
• Hands-on execution of validation studies with data analysis.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot analytical methods.
• Design and execute method development and validation studies.
• Write, review, and execute validation protocols.
• Analyze validation data and assess it against acceptance criteria.
• Prepare and review validation reports and technical documentation.
• Investigate unexpected results and support deviations and CAPAs as needed.
• Support method transfers and ongoing process improvement.
• Collaborate with QC, Quality, and other technical teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation according to GMP standards.
