Job summary

Nivagen Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Laboratory Technician - Analytical Method Development to support the Analytical R&D team in method development, validation, stability testing, and routine lab duties. The role involves preparing reagents, operating HPLC/UPLC systems, and ensuring GMP/compliance within a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in a related science, with 0–3 years of experience or internship exposure, and a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, biochemistry, or related field.
• Entry-level candidates considered with internship or coursework.
• Knowledge of analytical methods and lab documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist analytical method development and validation activities for drug substances and products.
• Prepare reagents, mobile phases, standards, and sample solutions per procedures.
• Perform analytical testing using HPLC, UPLC, UV-Vis, and dissolution systems.
• Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks, worksheets, and electronic data records.
• Ensure GMP compliance, quality, safety, and data integrity; assist instrument maintenance.
