Zusammenfassung

PTS Advance seeks a Laboratory Technician to perform routine and non-routine analytical testing, supporting product quality, process control, environmental compliance, and reliability. You will maintain accurate LIMS records, follow ISO standards, and assist with instrument troubleshooting and method validation.

You will work with operations, quality, maintenance, and technical staff to deliver timely results, support audits, and help drive continuous improvement while maintaining a safe,

Qualifikationen

Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 quality systems.
Ability to manage data in LIMS and ensure record integrity.
Experience calibrating and maintaining laboratory instruments.
Capability to participate in audits and proficiency testing.

Aufgaben

Collect, prepare, and analyze samples per approved methods.
Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental testing with timely turnaround.
Enter and review data in LIMS; investigate out-of-spec entries.
Calibrate and maintain instruments; troubleshoot issues as needed.
Review QC checks and control charts to verify data validity.
Identify out-of-spec results and support corrective actions.
Maintain reagents, inventory, and safety documentation.
Participate in audits, method validation, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate testing priorities with operations and stakeholders.
