Job summary

ARL Bio Pharma is seeking an Analytical Laboratory Associate Supervisor to lead portions of the Analytical Laboratory. The role focuses on ensuring accurate, timely test results and adherence to SOPs, with emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have a chemistry background, 4+ years in pharma or related fields, and strong leadership, communication, and CAPA oversight capabilities. This position offers a stable work environment and clear opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field required.
• At least 4 years of industrial or academic experience in an applicable field.
• 4-6 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Project management and supervision abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review data and test results for completeness and SOP compliance.
• Provide technical direction to customers and internal teams.
• Ensure safety programs are enforced.
• Manage CAPA reports adequacy before final approval.
• Train laboratory staff and supervise technicians.
• Schedule work, prioritize tasks, and handle disciplinary actions.
• Recommend policy improvements to meet directives and regulations.
