Job summary

A leading pharmaceutical compounding company is seeking an Analytical Laboratory Scientist to lead critical testing and ensure compliance in a dynamic lab environment. This role involves executively conducting analytical and microbiological tests, developing methods, and maintaining rigorous documentation. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Chemistry or related fields and 2–5+ years of laboratory experience. A competitive salary of $120,000 to $180,000 annually, depending on experience, is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or compounding laboratory environments.
• Hands-on expertise with HPLC and/or LC-MS/MS.
• Strong knowledge of USP standards (<795>, <797>, <800>) and FDA 503A/503B guidance.

Responsibilities

• Execute potency, purity, sterility, and endotoxin testing using HPLC and other tools.
• Develop and validate analytical methods aligned with regulatory expectations.
• Maintain documentation following cGMP and ALCOA+ principles.
