Job summary

You will supervise QC Analysts, develop methods, validate transfers, and maintain instruments such as HPLC, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, and UV-Vis. You will mentor staff, drive continuous improvement, coordinate external testing, and ensure accurate records while collaborating with the Quality Management Team to meet customer and management

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Analysis or Bioanalysis required.
• 6+ years analytical experience in consumer goods, food, pharma, or manufacturing.
• Experience with analytical testing, quality systems, and documentation.
• Experience authoring Nonconformance/NOE docs.
• Supervisory experience in a lab preferred.
• Organized, self-directed, team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SOPs, instructions, and methods meet quality standards and regulations.
• Oversee daily laboratory operations and QC analysts.
• Develop new analytical procedures and validate transfers.
• Train and mentor junior staff on lab procedures and safety.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and coordinate third-party testing.
• Maintain safe handling of samples and waste; ensure records are accurate.
