ADMA Biologics in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Scientist I, Analytical Development to advance analytical methods for protein quantification and characterization. The role emphasizes development, validation, transfer of assays, and cross-functional collaboration within a cGMP framework.

The candidate will design analytical studies, perform experiments, and generate data for validation projects, with emphasis on ELISA, chromatography, and spectrophotometric techniques.

Qualifications

• BS required in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field.
• MS or PhD preferred.
• 4 years lab experience with BS; 2 years with MS; regulated environment experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate/qualify, and transfer analytical methods and bioassays (ELISA, chromatographic, spectrophotometric).
• Plan and execute studies to support protein characterization and quantification.
• Conduct experiments to generate data for validations and other projects.
• Interpret data using Excel and other tools; prepare technical reports.
