Job Description

We are looking for an analytical scientist to support the analytical testing activities of methods across a number of mAb projects. Training will be provided and those with existing experience in large molecule experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing of samples to support development of large molecule therapeutics. Contribute to ATP driven analytical method development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Independently plan and execute assigned experiments to support development activities and project goals.
• At least one year experience in analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, CE, cIEF). Technical proficiency is highly preferred.
• Analyze data and evaluate data quality in support method development. Familiarity with DOE tools for method development is preferred.
• Experience in ELN records entry and workflow. Good organizational skills highly preferred.
• Support laboratory equipment maintenance and management.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to ensure method development activities are completed and on-target.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry or related Science discipline with at least one year laboratory experience. Experience in labs with high volume sample count preferred.

Excellent organization skills, with ability to delivery of results within expected turnaround time, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication

Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Position is full-time, Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Oceanside, CA are encouraged to apply.

Compensation Range: $52,000-55,000/yr
